Lucien and Fanny want the most natural vinification possible in order to allow the terroirs and grape varieties express themselves fully.
The wines are aged in oak barrels to give them greater complexity. They prefer large barrels of 300, 400, 500 and 600L, offering our senses a more delicate, finer, more mellow oak layer to the wines. This makes it possible to highlight the terroir and the grape variety in order to reflect as closely as possible what nature gives us.
Each vintage is a new adventure, where the objective of winemaking and ageing is to bring out the best of the year spent in the vineyard.
