A 1.6ha plot of 40-45 year old vines facing east, the clay soil has a concentration of large Limestones.
The pressed grapes are rigorously selected and only the best of the grape juice is used, anything that is not to the required standard is sold. 50% of the wine is aged for around 12 months in oak barrels and the remaining in stainless steel tank with natural yeasts. After assemblage the blend remaining in tanks for an additional six months.
Gravity is preferred over pumping and the wines are bottled with no fining and no filtration.
