Champagne François Vallois - Cuvée Extra Brut 1er Cru
A Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru made from 100% chardonnay grapes from the lieu dit of Les Falloises. This parcel of vines was planted in the early 1950’s by François’s Grandfather prior to that it was a wooded area just below the chalk cliff face. Over the last ten years around half the vines have been replanted. This extra brut is an undeclared vintage and made from grapes from the 2016 harvest with a low doseage of 3g/l.
