A Blanc de Blancs from the lieu-dit named “Les Cornambeaux” in the village of Congy, the 0.6 hectare parcel was planted in 1961 by Aurélien’s Great Grandfather Henri Brulfert.
Partialy vinified in 205 litre “Champenoise piece” barrels made from oak grown in the champagne region. Only 1209 Bottles produced.
